Skin-Loving Raspberry & Yoghurt Popsicles

09 November 2024

The perfect beautifying way to cool off as the weather heats up! This simple recipe shows just how easy it is to make your own popsicles at home. I’ve used raspberries, but if you prefer something a little less tart, swap these out for blueberries or strawberries or a combo – yum! Berries are loaded with antioxidants, whilst the yoghurt provides a source of natural probiotics, both of which are incredible for radiantly healthy skin. The number of popsicles this recipe makes will depend on the size of your moulds.

Enjoy!

P.S. As well as enjoying probiotic-rich foods, probiotics applied topically are also incredible for skin health, which is why I have included them as a key ingredient in the new JSHealth Vitamins Skin Probiotic Moisturiser – check it out!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup (375g) Greek yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cup raspberries

Method

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine the yoghurt, vanilla and honey or maple syrup. Whisk until smooth. Fold in the raspberries, lightly smashing them with a fork as you go.
  2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for 6 hours or until set.
  3. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to serve.
